After an 11-year career in Sports Marketing, Matt brought the skills he developed marketing the biggest brands in sports to the real estate industry. After significant achievements with his previous company, including Outstanding New Sales Associate in his first year, and attaining Life Member status in the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, Matt joins Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty as a member of The Vawter Group. Whether negotiating a deal in sports or in real estate, the ultimate goal is to have both parties leave the table as winners. Having built a reputation as a respected and trusted business professional, Matt knows that his reputation is the most important thing he can control. By providing the highest level of customer service, Matt’s biggest reward is working with clients who have been referred to him from past clients.
An Atlanta resident for 20 years, Matt is a graduate of Emory University who’s lived all over the Atlanta area. Currently, Matt lives in East Cobb County with his wife and two young sons. He brings a keen knowledge of the Cobb County marketplace to the group, and a skill set appreciated and valued by his clients and peers alike.

Barbara spent ten years as a successful associate broker in New York City where she represented CEO’s and celebrities on both side of the real estate transaction. In addition to buying and selling, she worked in management for several top New York real estate firms. Prior to selling real estate Barbara worked as a paralegal for The Rent Stabilization Board in New York City.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Barbara spend several years teaching in South America and Europe, until moved to NYC where she studied real estate at New York University.
Barbara has a passion for architecture and enjoys restoring older homes, including Knollwood, the Philip Schutze masterpiece in Atlanta.
Barbara is active with The Tuxedo Park Board, the Atlanta Preservation Board and The Westminster Schools, where her two children attend the upper school.

Shun T. Haynes founded The Executive Realty Group, Inc. (ERG), which is the Atlanta-based parent company of The Executive Realty Group Construction Services, The Executive Mortgage Group, Inc., and Loan Modification Specialists of America, Inc. In addition, Shun is a licensed mortgage broker in Florida. Originally founded in 2002, his companies grew to offer clients one-stop-shopping for real estate services in Florida and Georgia.
Under his leadership, ERG expanded to include 65 agents and grossed over $182 million in real estate sales. A second-generation real estate professional, Shun’s passions are luxury residential real estate, real estate construction and development, and managing real estate investment funds.
A native of Memphis, TN, Shun graduated from Tennessee State University with a degree in business administration. He attends St. Paul’s Episcopal Church where he is an elected member of the vestry board and chaired the church’s capital campaign. He is the past president of the Regency Homeowners Association and in 2009 was inducted into the 100 Black Men of Atlanta, a local chapter of the national philanthropic organization.
Shun is married to Dr. Laura Sams Haynes. As a former English professor and mortgage broker, she is currently employed at the Southern Regional Education Board. Laura is a member of the Atlanta Chapter of the Junior League, Georgia Shakespeare board of trustees, is a member of the board of directors for the non-profit Involvement through News and Civics, Inc., and is also the southeastern regional historian for Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
Shun and Laura have two children — a son, Blake, who attends the Kenan Preschool and an elementary-school daughter, Saige-Simone, who attends The Westminster Schools.
